Each point earned represents one entry into the competition. The more points you accumulate, the more entries you will have to the Competition. There is no guarantee that the participant with the highest number of points will win a prize.

The competition will run from 00:00 on 10 October 2022 (the “Opening Date”) to 00:00 on 07 November 2022 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Opening Date or the Closing Date.

All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 00:00 on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

By entering the competition at; https://play.typerium.com, and downloading the Typerium App, you agree to be bound by the Typerium terms of use; https://www.typerium.com/terms-of-service/ and the applicable terms of the Apple App Store.

The PlayStation 5 prize is valid to residents of the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Europe. The promoter will purchase the PlayStation 5 from Amazon and have it delivered to the winners provided address. If for any reason the PlayStation 5 cannot be delivered, the promoter and winner will find a suitable alternative to the monetary value of the prize, which is £429.

The Lamborghini Driving Experience is only valid to entrants from the United Kingdom. If you are entering outside of the United Kingdom, the promoter will be in touch to organise a suitable monetary replacement.

The Lamborghini Driving Experience is provided in voucher format by “Virgin Experience Days” and will be sent via registered mail to the winner.

Typerium has not formed any partnerships, contracts, or business dealings with “Virgin Experience Days”, and will simply “purchase” the “voucher” from the third-party companies’ website for the winner.

No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.

The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, website malfunction, app malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The competition is only open to participants aged 16 years or over, except;

You will not make or permit any other person to make any derogatory statement about the Promoter, the Typerium App, the Promoter’s other businesses, or any of the Promoter’s employees, personnel, customer support staff, agents or representatives of those of any of the Promoter’s other businesses. You also agree not to use profanity, explicit content, hate speech, or any other statements in your created content as part of the competition that may cause offence.

By entering this contest, you agree the promoter reserves the right to cancel any entries the contest it believes to be in breach of the above terms, potentially cheating, using multiple IP’s/E-mail accounts, is located on a public VPN network, or under any and all suspicion of inauthenticity inline with the terms and conditions as set out above.
